With more than a century of history, this old inn, is now a select restaurant with an elaborate and traditional cuisine in which the typical Castilian stews, game, mushrooms, homemade pickles, and, the renown suckling lamb are made with great care in a traditional wood- fired oven.

The entire building that houses the restaurant has been restored with exquisite taste, respecting original structures and materials such as its large adobe walls, brick and wood, typical materials in the buildings of the late nineteenth century in the Castilian plateau.
